Q. I am not comfortable with accepting delivery at this time can I change the date?
A. You can call courier company and updates the availability, if they can change it. If no one home, the delivery driver will place the calling card and you need to call & reschedule delivery or may be asked to Pick up option (if Available) from the Depot within 5-7 working days.
Q. May I know the delivery date & Time, so I keep my self-available?
A.You can check the Tracking info on courier company website. We can check the delivery day from there. Sorry, we cannot give you exact time of delivery

A.You will be notify the tracking information via Email once updated by warehouse team

Q. How long it will take to deliver my product?
A.Delivery takes approx. 4 to 14 days, depend on your locations. WA & NT might take some extra days.
Q. I ordered 2 products & received tracking for one only?
A.We send individual products as separate parcels. There should be one tracking id for two parcels and you can check that on courier company website. IF they show only one parcel, please contact us for another tracking id, if we miss to updates it.
Q. Why is my order arriving in Multiple shipments?
A.We send every item as an independent parcel and sometimes we do sent via different courier company as per size weight and post code. So it might come in different time and via different courier company
Q. By mistake I put wrong shipping Address. What should I Do?
A. Please reply to us via email with correct address and we will try to updates it in the system. We can’t guarantee that we will succeed in that before dispatch. You can also contact courier company to updates the address.
